The guest will bear the bill of food or other services availed other than the complimentary food.

More than one discount coupon can not be used at a time.

Complimentary food is entitled to a couple only.

Should any action by the guest be deemed inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the restaurant; The restaurant reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

Certain restaurant may have different policies.

Guests shall be liable for any damage to the restaurant asset.

Guests may be contacted to confirm the arrival time through calls or messages. In the task of several attempts, Chiso reserves the right to cancel the booking or put it on hold.

As we always believe to serve you better through our services, Chiso may contact you back to record feedback post services.


We always look forward to hosting you but if there is any change in the plan of yours, Chiso does not charge for cancellation of a booking.


Restaurant possessed amenities captured on the web app, the guest is advised to refer the same before booking. There may be some changes in respect of view, ambiance or in structure due to renovation or upgrade which might have taken place from restaurateur end.

Please read this policy carefully to understand Chiso's policies and practices regarding your information and how Chiso will treat it. By accessing or using its Services and/or registering for an account with Chiso, you agree to this privacy policy and you are consenting to Chiso's collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information as described here. If you do not provide the information Chiso requires, Chiso may not be able to provide all of its Services to you.

Packages Policies :

  1. Items apart from the chosen package would be chargeable as per menu rates.
  2. Added request / services will be charged extra.
  3. Package does not include the costs of complementary offers.
  4. Package includes taxes.
  5. Decorations are static as per proposed package; extra articles would cost separately.


  1. Bookings from 7th February to 14th February 2021 are honored only if prepaid.
  2. No refunds are allowed against the cancellation of pre-paid bookings from the period of 7th February to 14th February 2021.
  3. Shown formats of decoration are subject to change as per plan/property chosen.
  4. Government issued identity & address proof in an original format will be required to be shown for couple at the time of check in if room package is selected. Booking will be considered as cancelled in the lack of ID & address proofs.
  5. Please see the details of duration of the room before make the booking for room. Extension beyond the timelines for which room booking is made will be charged extra by the company/property.
  6. Company possess all the rights to cancel any of the bookings made at any given point of time.
  7. Any damages during the stay inside the room will be charged as per property.
  8. Everything apart from the package such as food or extension of duration etc. will be charged extra.
  9. Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
  10. Shifting of venue can be made in the case of any emergency or due to any circumstances at property level.
